The Platform is not intended for use by children, and users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the Platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit harmful code or malware

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person

We offer various subscription plans for Momwise. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees at the specified rate and interval. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

All content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Momwise or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOMWISE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MOMWISE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
